Biography
William Xifaras was born in raised in Massachusetts; primarily the city of New Bedford, and later Boston. The son of Beatrice Keshian of Medford, MA and Michael Xifaras of New Bedford, MA. He began film acting after his release from Massachusetts state prison system in 2005 (after having served 5 years for Intimidation). Bill spent many years learning through a variety of classes including: improv, acting on film, character development and scene study. Simultaneously he volunteered his time to talk to at-risk youth about the importance of education and goals. Principal roles include: 20th Century Fox's The Heat, Sony Pictures' The Equalizer, Universals' Ted 2, Netflix's Wheelman, Hulu series Castle Rock, Caviar's Sound of Metal, Artina Films' By the Gun, Paramount Picture's Defending Jacob, AMC's Kevin Can F**k Himself, Showtime's Dexter, Thug, and Align's Love, Weddings, and Other Disasters. Director's he's worked with include Morten Tyldum, Dennis Dugan, Ben Affleck, Paul Feig, Antoine Fuqua, Seth MacFarlane, Jeremy Rush, Kevin Hooks, Darius Marder, Hans Petter Moland, James Mottern, Sanford Bookstaver and Richard Duque-Henao. Actor's he's worked with include: Liam Neeson, Chris Evans, Michelle Dockery, Jaeden Martell, Cherry Jones, Annie Murphy, John Hamm, Sandra Bullock, Harvey Keitel, Denzel Washington, Betty Gabriel, Seth MacFarlane, Frank Grillo, Scott Glenn, Julia Jones and Riz Ahmed.
